There is only one 'X' word that lists as a favourite, and that is 'xenodocheionology' - the love of hotels.

What a great word! I do love hotels. We spend a night at a hotel as often as we can. I love being served once in a while, enjoying the quality of the hotel, and being away from the usual routines of home for a day or two.

English Training at Vistana Hotel Kuantan

Yesterday we conducted our first English Training at Vistana Hotel Kuantan. We taught a group of 8 hotel staff including members from Housekeeping, Front Office, a Bellboy, F&B and a trainee.

The one-hour training went well and we are very privileged to be working with a cooperative and supportive Hotel Manager and Human Resource Manager at Vistana Hotel.

We are conducting a 12-class course with these hotel staff, looking to increase their confidence in speaking English with guests, and to build a desire to continue learning and improving their English long after the 12 classes are completed.
