Abaculus

Welcome to the A-Z April blogging challenge. We are participating with a daily dose of vocabulary by selecting an unusual word and making a sentence with it.

ABACULUS
- a small mosaic tile

"For years I have wanted an abaculus-styled wall for my bathroom."

How would you use this word in a sentence?

Oh, I think I'd make a mural with several different colors of abaculus.

I never heard the word "abaculus" before but I'm sure a bathroom mosaic using different shades of blue abaculus would be fantastic.

I updated my kitchen backsplash with monochromatic abaculus styled tile!

That's a mouthful - too ambitious?

What a cool word! I never realized that I didn't know the word for those tiny tile designs.
