Here is a photo of our English class with the Vistana Hotel staff in Kuantan. We taught the second lesson of a 12-class course last night.

English Workshop @ Vistana Hotel

We are pleased to report that the English Workshop held at Vistana Hotel on Saturday 10th March, 2012, was a big success.

This was Horne Learning Services' first function and it was attended very well by 50 students over the course of the day.

We held three sessions, beginning at 9am, 1pm and 4pm, each lasting for two and a half hours, including English speaking activities, grammar exercises, spelling test, wordsearch and a treasure hunt.

English Training at Vistana Hotel Kuantan

Yesterday we conducted our first English Training at Vistana Hotel Kuantan. We taught a group of 8 hotel staff including members from Housekeeping, Front Office, a Bellboy, F&B and a trainee.

The one-hour training went well and we are very privileged to be working with a cooperative and supportive Hotel Manager and Human Resource Manager at Vistana Hotel.

We are conducting a 12-class course with these hotel staff, looking to increase their confidence in speaking English with guests, and to build a desire to continue learning and improving their English long after the 12 classes are completed.

Horne Learning Services will begin teaching the hotel staff at Vistana Hotel Kuantan on Wednesday. We are very excited for this opportunity and look forward to it very much.
